Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as a "rollover requirement" or "turnover requirement"). This is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 1,000,000 (10 × Rp 100,000) before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable.
Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and are clearly stated in the promotion terms. Not all bets contribute equally to wagering requirements. ngawin strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors or bugs, or using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk (e.g., opposite bets on both red and black in roulette). Users found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their accounts may be permanently closed.
If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements for an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Only your deposited funds (and any winnings earned from those funds prior to claiming the bonus) will be processed for withdrawal.
All bets placed on the ngawin platform are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before placing a bet. ngawin is not liable for user errors in bet placement.

All sportsbook bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, FIBA, BWF).
